POOR GABE-POOR MOMMY

Gabe is sick- and I am tired. Tired and sick, sick and tired, we are a beautiful pair!
Gabe has had a high temp that is going on day 3. This is the WORST week (in Gabe's mind) to miss school. To me- never, ever missing school works out well. He missed Wacky Wednesday- so we got wacky at home,He missed gum chewing day- chewed a whole pack of bubblemint at home- Tomorrow is the worst day to miss EVER. He will miss the class play. His part is a narrator and he has been practicing for weeks/ The only person who I feel worse for is his teacher who has to figure out who can take the part. If his fever is high tomorrow which I am sure it will be based on the sweat on his forehead and red cheeks now, it is off to the doctor.

On a side note> It is truly amazing what you can accomplish when you are forced to stay AT HOME. I am getting a lot of things accomplished, including cleaning the garage today!!!
